Zerion watches are sold exclusively through our official online store. We don’t use dealers or physical retailers to keep prices fair and direct. -

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 72 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location. -
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at hello.zerion@outlook.com and we’ll investigate with our courier partners. -
Can I return or exchange my watch?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy as long as the watch is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact. Exchanges can be made by returning the item and placing a new order. -
Do Zerion watches come with a warranty?
Absolutely. Every Zerion timepiece comes with a 2-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. -
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Please email us immediately with your order number and updated details. -
