    Zerion watches are sold exclusively through our official online store. We don’t use dealers or physical retailers to keep prices fair and direct.

    Currently, we ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, and Australia. We plan to expand to more countries in the near future.

  3. How long does shipping take?
    Orders are processed within 72 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location.

  4. What if my order hasn’t arrived?
    If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at hello.zerion@outlook.com and we’ll investigate with our courier partners.

  5. Can I return or exchange my watch?
    Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy as long as the watch is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact. Exchanges can be made by returning the item and placing a new order.

  6. Do Zerion watches come with a warranty?
    Absolutely. Every Zerion timepiece comes with a 2-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

  7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Please email us immediately with your order number and updated details.
